Classic coffee without drama. Milk chocolate and toasted nuts up front. Caramel sweetness in the middle. Brown sugar on the finish. No sharp edges, no surprises, just consistently good coffee that works any time of day despite the name. The body is medium—substantial enough to feel satisfying, light enough to drink multiple cups. The acidity is there but gentle. Balanced.

Why medium roast? Medium roasting (410-425°F) is the Goldilocks zone for blends. Go lighter and you lose the approachability. Medium hits the sweet spot.
