Order Processing Times

All Tavari Grove products are prepared and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners.

Coffee Orders

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Coffee is roasted and prepared in small batches to ensure freshness

Merchandise Orders

  • Apparel and accessories are made to order

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on product type, destination, and carrier.

Estimated Delivery (After Processing)

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Product type

  • Shipping method

  • Destination

  • Order size and weight

Promotions or free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly noted at checkout.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, items may ship separately and arrive in different packages. This is normal and helps ensure faster delivery.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier’s responsibility.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to:

  • A refused or unclaimed package

You may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us at hello@tavarigrove.com within 7 days

  • We’ll work with you to determine next steps, which may include a carrier claim or replacement


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.
