Tavari Grove Returns & Refunds Policy

Coffee & Perishable Items (Final Sale)

Because coffee is a perishable product, all coffee sales are final.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Coffee (whole bean or ground)

  • Any food or beverage items

These items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return.

Please do not send coffee back to us. Returned food products cannot be resold and will be safely discarded.

If there is an issue with your coffee order, we will make it right.


Coffee Order Issues (Damage, Errors, or Delivery Problems)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your coffee arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item or grind

  • Items are missing from your order

  • Your package is marked delivered but not received

Email hello@tavarigrove.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not required.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send a replacement at no cost

  • Reship your order

  • Issue a refund or partial refund


Merchandise & Non-Perishable Items (Apparel, Accessories)

We accept returns for eligible, non-final-sale merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for items that are:

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Damaged upon arrival

If your item qualifies, return shipping is free, and no restocking fee is charged.

Contact hello@tavarigrove.com within 30 days and we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.


Buyer’s Remorse, Size Issues & Made-to-Order Items

Because our merchandise is made to order:

  • Returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues are not guaranteed

  • Many made-to-order items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return

Any discretionary replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement may require placing a new order.


Return Instructions (Merchandise)

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions and the correct return address

  • Returned items are handled by our fulfillment partner

  • Unclaimed returns may be donated after 30 days

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Shipping Issues & Address Errors

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

You may be responsible for reshipping costs. We’ll contact you before taking any action.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund

European Union Customers

EU customers may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.

Please note:

  • Perishable goods and custom-made items are exempt from return rights

  • Many made-to-order items may not be eligible for return
